W wyniku wybuchu wybite zostały okna w budynku, ale nikt nie odniósł obrażeń - poinformowała holenderska policja.
Według niej w centrum "musiał zostać podłożony" ładunek wybuchowy.
Teren otoczono kordonem w celu zbadania sprawy - sprecyzowała policja prowincji Holandia Północna.
